About Dyneo

Dyneo is a Swiss startup tackling one of the hardest problems in the energy transition: decarbonizing heating and cooling. We build AI-powered software for District Heating and Cooling network operators, helping them run these critical infrastructures more efficiently and increase the share of renewables in their energy mix.

As our product scales, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer (entry to mid-level, 0 - 4 years of experience) to strengthen our technology team.

Your Mission

• Design, deploy and maintain a flexible and resilient cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies
• Enhance and operate our observability stack, including monitoring services, alerting tools and infrastructure dashboards
• Develop and maintain connectors with various external systems, including IoT platforms, partner APIs and customers' IT/OT systems
• Implement, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable and safe deployments
• Enforce security best practices across the infrastructure: secrets management, access control, vulnerability scanning and network policies

• Broad-minded: enthusiastic about the intersection of infrastructure, software engineering and data technologies

• Self-driven: at ease with autonomy, ambiguity and shared ownership

Your Skills

• Excellent programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Python, Go, Java or similar)
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Experience with cloud services: compute, networking, storage and IAM
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and tooling (Terraform or OpenTofu a plus)
• Familiarity with lakehouse technologies a plus

• French: Minimum intermediate level
• English: Minimum intermediate level

Role Details

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Full-time role, 80% to 100%
• Hybrid work, based in our Geneva office, with flexible remote days
